The airport serves domestic flights across Australia and international routes to destinations including India, Singapore, Dubai, Doha, Auckland, Tokyo, Los Angeles, and London.

Sydney Airport food has changed dramatically in the past two years. T3 reopened with 11 premium venues. T2 is getting a new dining precinct called The Rocks this July. And T1 has more than 40 food and drink outlets across its two piers.

Did You Know? Sydney Airport’s official dining directory includes venues under categories such as casual dining, quick eats, bars and cafes, and restaurants. However, individual opening hours may change, so confirm the live listing before travelling.

Sydney Airport International Terminal (T1): 40+ Outlets Across Two Piers

Sydney Airport Terminal 1 has the widest range of food. The options are split into Pier B (gates 8-37) and Pier C (gates 50-63). Most dining clusters around the central processing core and the departures level.

The Sydney Airport T1 food options are also split by security. The Sydney Airport food court is located before security on Level 2, with options like Gusto Pasta Bar, Oporto, Taste of Thai, and Toby’s Estate. Betty’s Burgers, Mad Mex, and Kitchen by Mike Express are also in this before-security precinct.

After security, you’ll find PappaRich (Malaysian) and Sahara Grill (halal Turkish) near Gate 10. EARL and BARista serve artisan sandwiches and barista coffee. East x West brings a Japanese izakaya feel with ramen, pork-belly bao, and Sapporo on tap.

Brooki Bakehouse opened at T1 in August 2026, serving individually wrapped chunky cookies and cookie tubes. Sydney Coffee Trader is in T1 Arrivals, very handy if you land and need caffeine before the drive home.

Sydney Airport Domestic Terminal (T2)

Sydney Domestic Airport T2 Food gets a major upgrade this July. The Rocks, a 680-square-metre dining precinct, opens with three Sydney favourites: MoVida (Spanish tapas), ST. ALi (speciality coffee), and The Taphouse (local craft beers and pub-style bites).

Brooki Bakehouse launched a six-month pop-up in the T2 food court in November 2025, running through mid-2026. The Chocolate Box sits near Gate 36 in the Jetstar Pier. It’s a family-run business selling gourmet gift boxes and chocolate-coated raspberries.

Sydney Airport Domestic Terminal (T3): 11 New Venues

Sydney Airport Terminal 3 food has just had a full overhaul. Eleven new venues opened in 2026.
