How to Access the Virgin Australia Lounge? 

There are several ways to access the Virgin Australia lounges.

Buy a Virgin Australia Lounge Pass 

If you are not eligible for lounge access, you can buy a single-entry lounge pass at Lounge reception.

1. Access:  Up to 2 hours the same day before your Virgin Australia flights.
2. Where to Purchase: You can buy at Virgin Australia reception.
3. Price: Adult Pass: $65
   1. Child Pass (ages 2–17): $45
   2. Infants (under 2 years): Free
4. Validity: Single entry for a single person, and not valid for arrival

Velocity Platinum Plus and Platinum

• Access:  Velocity Platinum and Platinum Plus members can enjoy the same day before and after arrival on Virgin Flights.
• Validity: Invite up to 3 members, plus 3 children aged between 2-17 years.

Note:  Infants under 2 years are free to enter. Guests need to leave at the same time as the Velocity member.

Velocity Gold Members

• Entry for the member
• One Additional guest Entry
• Entry for up to 3 children (2–17 years)
• Infants under 2 enter free
• Entry at Arrival for up to 60 minutes (subject to availability)

Velocity Silver Members 

Velocity Silver members can receive 2 single entry lounge passes for the same-day Virgin Australia flight 

• Each pass for a single-person entry
• Access on arrival is not allowed.
• Passes are valid for 12 months.

Virgin Australia Business Class Ticket Member

• Single entry pass.
• Additional guest is not allowed.
• Arrival access up to 60 minutes.

Virgin Australia Lounge membership

Lounge membership can be enjoyed by Lounge members, Lifetime Lounge members, and Senior Lifetime Lounge members.

• Lounge access same day before the flight.
• 1 Additional guest and up to 3 children (2-17 years) allowed.
• Arrival access up to 60 minutes (Subject to availability).
• Buy and renew from the online portal.
• Price:  $450 for one year
• $9,750.00 for lifetime access
• $6,750.00 lifetime above 60 years.

Eligible Partner Airlines 

Passengers also get full access if they are partner airlines, such as Air Canada, Qatar, Singapore Airlines, South African Airways, United Airlines, and Virgin Atlantic.

• Eligible Partner Airline members access the same day before the flight.
• Additional guests and up to 3 children (2-17 years) are allowed as per the membership policy.
• Arrival access is not allowed.
