Passengers can also complete the check-in process via the SriLankan Airlines mobile app, starting 24 hours before and up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Therefore, passengers must collect their boarding pass at the counter, even if they have used SriLankan Airlines web/mobile check in option.

Alternatively, they can simply scan the barcode on their electronic ticket. SriLankan Airlines has stationed staff near the kiosks to assist customers needing help with the check-in process.
