Ms Aarthi who was the person booking my ticket was extremely helpful and professional. It took 40 mins to sort the whole thing but she was focussed and picked out conflicting issues and corrected them immediately while providing several options to choose. The final check to reconfirm all the details by the sales team ensured there was no hick ups. It was very impressive and I will not hesitate to use their services in the future.
