I am extremely frustrated with my ticket india/ Malaysia Airlines regarding my son’s travel from Ahmedabad to Adelaide via Kuala Lumpur.
Despite repeated calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages for over 5 hours, there was no response or support. Our experience included multiple issues:

1)Wheelchair / assistance not provided for my elderly mother (approx. 25 kg) despite pre-booking.
2)Baggage mishandling: Our ticket allowed 35 kg split into two bags (14 kg + 17 kg), but Malaysia Airlines insisted the allowance was 25 kg, forcing us to return the 17 kg bag at our own expense.
Minor travel awareness: Staff showed no knowledge about requirements for a 7-year-old travelling with a grandmother, causing unnecessary stress.
3)Extreme frustration: My 7-year-old son and elderly mother faced significant difficulty and distress, with no help or guidance from airline staff.

This experience was highly stressful, inconvenient, and unacceptable. I expect proper compensation for the baggage issue and urgent improvement in staff awareness and customer support.
