Wow. Came across this site after desperately trying to get a last minute flight booked to Bengaluru, India.
Jatin, their local agent was just fantastic. From initial call to closing the deal with my e-ticket in hand took me just under 2 hours for the whole process.
Jatin was just excellent. Very courteous. Outstanding listening skills. He came up with a few options but kept searching till I got the right one. Great communication skills. He was so helpful.

Ms Aarthi who was the person booking my ticket was extremely helpful and professional. It took 40 mins to sort the whole thing but she was focussed and picked out conflicting issues and corrected them immediately while providing several options to choose. The final check to reconfirm all the details by the sales team ensured there was no hick ups. It was very impressive and I will not hesitate to use their services in the future.
