I recently booked a flight through this agent and had a reasonably good experiences. Jyoti & Roop were extremely knowledgeable helpful, they both helped me find the best possible deal for my trip. They were also very responsive to my questions.The only issue I faced is the time taken to release international itinerary after 3 days of the payment to confirm the booking, it also took 4 days after the payment was made for them to release the domestic itinerary.Overall, I was content with the level of service provided by Jyoti & Roop. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of assistance with booking flights.

I gave them 5 star 2 months ago but know I take it off because what they said can't fulfil I call week ago before flight request Hindu vegetarian meal for my mother I spoke to joyati she said yes it's done for double check I call 1 day before fight they said it's not in our hand it's upto flight u can request to flight when u check in . Very disappointed with them.
