the staff needs training. she scared the hell out of me when she said there are no seats against my confirmed tickets that too on the connecting flight and suggested i pay for the priority seats. i have to travel tomm not sure if i get stranded . i told her simple logic if airline sells confirmd ticket seats are obligatory but she wont understand
