I booked my flight with 1 hour laover with tham., next day got call from Tanuja,was saying there will be 12 hours stay,I asked her cancelled my ticket because my wife travelling with 2 kids then she said I'll call you later check with airline,after 2 hours she said everything is OK now,I asked 2 times don't lie if there is stay I'm not going cancelled my ticket, i request please don't lie another wise i won't be happy but she assured me all good now,but I just got email flight is 12 hour delay my kids at the airport.that's what they did.if sudden change you can understand but they already knew it,costs you extra for less stay and stay still 12 hours not good.
